Application forms for tickets become available on Monday here, Tuesday in New Zealand.
I will be applying for the Canada Pool Pack tickets for Tegan and myself. We have a group of 11 going to the games and we are unable to purchase more than 4 packs / person. So we are purchasing packs on our own and will be seated according to how RWC organizers seat us. It should be fun for us, immersing ourselves in the wave of Rugby fans from around the world!
We will eventually learn of our applications success sometime in June. All applications are drawn at random if there is an overwhelming interest in ticket packages. Already sales are higher than expected; this from an online news source. I think that tour companies have been selling their packages already ahead of the Phase 1 applications.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for all eleven of us in hopes that we all get tickets and good ones; you know, where we can at least yell at each other! :)
