Only 23 hours until we board our plane for New Zealand!
I have been busy with many last minute preparations and I have to find a high note on this crap of a day I got dealt today. I hope to watch the opening ceremonies with my family before leaving for the airport. One of our bags is a couple of pounds too heavy, the other isn't packed yet, but we have a bunch of stuff to go into the bag yet, like a 10 pound box of chocolate bars a friend of ours gave us to bring to her family in NZ.
Hopefully your travel preparations are going smoothly or you are already landed in New Zealand. We can't wait to begin this adventure!
