Skiing
Wow, I forgot this one! I guess I am looking forward to summer here so much that I forgot the winter type activities.
If we plan to go skiing we will likely go to Mt Ruapehu it is New Zealand's largest skiing area. Tegan and I will have to get out this next winter as she has never been skiing before and it would make for a better trip if she isn't trying to learn while there.
The area looks fantastic, complete with skiing around "an active stratovolcano at the southern end of the Taupo Volcanic Zone in New Zealand". Crater Lake in the photo here would be the cauldron of the volcano, very cool!
Fantastic, I feel this is the end of the adventure list.
