Happy New Year!

250 DAYS TO GO!

The next 250 days are going to be exciting to watch as they unfold.

We will start to get more clarity on the festivities and events that go along with the games; soon I suspect. 

I am sure there will be a couple of events that my daughter and I will want to participate in regardless of our planned itinerary.  Our friends who are traveling along with us are likely to begin making their plans and letting us know about their discoveries too.

It should be interesting seeing the campgrounds fill up with rugby supporters from every country.  We plan to make it known where we are from.  A 20ft flag pole might be needed for this job.  The ipod might have some classic Blue Rodeo and Tragically Hip songs on it as well as our current Canadian Indie favs.

Things I will be working on in the next 100 days:

• car flags, flag and pole
• saving moola
• writing article for Rugby Day in Canada Magazine
• researching festivities
• making contact with the campgrounds we want to stay in around game day
• putting together music for our ipods

Christmas was good to us and Tegan got herself binoculars and 2 way radio kit with 3 hand held units.
