Are you going to the 2011 Rugby World Cup?
Do you want to play rugby in New Zealand while you are there?
Well, I have had contact from a member of a rugby club in Whangarei wanting to set up a game against us Canadians who will be there for the Rugby World Cup. The game is set to take place the day prior to the Canada - Tonga game, September 13th, 2011. There might even be an old boys game organized on my suggestion that there should be more 35+ year players arriving in New Zealand than young lads.
What I suggest you do is to say hello in the forum I established here, let it be known if you are up for a game.
If you are a New Zealand club looking for a friendly against some Canadian ruggers, state your club name and date the game could be played on. Hopefully we can get some of these organized as it would be great fun!
