39 days in New Zealand Itinerary 2011 RWC

I have been working on our itinerary for our 2011 Rugby World Cup trip to New Zealand.  I realize now, that there isn't enough time to see everything...  I have done my best with what many might see as a comfy 39 day stay on the North and South Islands of New Zealand.  I have had to make some sacrifices and hopefully I can keep to my itinerary schedule now that it is mapped out and reasonably achievable.

We will be missing out on the Doubtful Sound cruise, the Milford Track, TranzAlpine train ride and Mount Cook visit; to name a few...  We will have to get these into the next visit.

How I made this itinerary in Google Calendar

I started by creating a new calendar

I added events to the calendar

Under the calendar's details find embed this calendar

I chose to customize by clicking on "Customize the color, size, and other options"

I then selected the embeddable  html code and copied it to my page

Paste the html code into the page

I then added "&dates=20110909%2F20111020" to the html code to display the specific dates I wanted displayed.

Publish & Voila!
