I just checked the status of the available seats on flight NZ0083 to Auckland from Vancouver on September 9th, 2011. There are currently 18 unselected seats on this flight. There was only 1 side by side seat option on this flight.
I would have to say that this flight is sold out already or about to sell out. Hopefully the majority is heading to New Zealand for the Rugby World Cup and it will be an enjoyable flight. Not sure if you can play rugby on a plane at 40,000 feet.
Happy we got our seats early and seats selected so we are seated next to our friends on the way down.
